• 25 July 2010: Message from Tim Needham - The final Southern League division 1 match is at home on Saturday 31st July. We meet Highgate, Met Police, Norwich and Thames Valley Harriers. Team managers for the day are Dave Brown and Adam Fidgett. Team captain is Josh Reed.Notwithstanding we are at home would all team members please arrive in time for the team prematch meeting at 12 noon. Would all those who are kindly officiating and assisting at the meeting also arrive in good time (about 12.30) as we are involved with running the early field events which start at 1.0pm.

• 07 July 2010: Message from Tim Needham. SML - meet at the track at 09:30 (sharp) on the 10th July for the trip to Ilford. We meet Milton Keynes, Reading and Newham.

• 10 May 2010: Message from Tim Needham (SM Team Captain). Meet at the track at 8.15 for an 8.30 (sharp) departure for match at Mountbatten Centre Alexander Park Twyford Avenue Portsmouth PO2 0QA. A double fixture. We meet Portsmouth(they top we 2nd!) Ashford N Devon and Woodford G.
