Christmas Relays

We're just finalising plans for the plans for the Christmas Relays, probably on Thursday December 19th. We're hoping for teams running legs of either 200, 400 or 800 so that could be a team of 24x200, 12x400 or 6x800. The goal, like last year, is to chase the WR for 5km. And to make it more interesting, a few coaches are happy to run the glory leg of just 100m! So that should make it really interesting! We'll have a board up in the club house where you can sign up for any of the relays and nominate your coach for Christmas glory!
